I don't know why GUEST is all worked up about EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN being incarcerated. That could be a good thing. People will be employed to build enough prisons to hold EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN, and that's got to help the economy, right? Sounds like full empolyment to me. Now all we have to do is decide how to take turns switching back and forth between being the prison guards and being the prisoners so EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN can spend their share of time in Incarcerville.
