The site listed above is a bit on the hysterical side. The actual proposed legislation can be downloaded from this site. The bill in question starts on page 34 of the PDF document, after all the analysis. The bill seems to consist of lots of amendments to existing laws, which appear meaningless until you read the analysis. I'd have to ask the opinion of a legal expert to see if it seems to be valid and if the analysis makes sense. This site seems to be an anti-gun-control site, not one of my usual hangouts, but politics does make strange bedfellows. If this is real (and if it's a fake, it's an incredibly meticulous one), it's pretty scary.
