The expanded ammendments to the Patriot act is sadly a reality. However this was leaked by a source that now faces fines and imprisonment - if caught.

This bill was not to see the light of day UNTIL we officially attack Iraq. That way they could claim it was treasonous to question the bill when we have troops in the field that need our support.

The expanded bill includes provisions to make secret arrests of citizens and foreigners alike. Arrest members of lawful organizations that the Justice Dept. considers prudent. Dissenters could disappear en masse.

In summary this bill if passed would eliminate the last vestages of due process.
