The annual Puck Fair is held in Killorglin Co Kerry in the second week of August each year. Not sure what the musical content is like. There's a website here

Around the same time there's a Festival held in Feakle in and around Gary Peppers Pub. Feakle is not in Kerry but in East Clare which isn't that far away. I've never been but I've heard good reports. Lots of good Trad music. In fact when it comes to good music Feakle matters !
