Its 0 degress right now. Don't know how low it got, but some pipes froze up. About to decend into the cellar to fix the first leak and check for others. Then got to thaw the pipe in the kitchen. But at least we're not supposed to get any of that sky dandruff that's plaguing some of you -- Tom
