My last SO was 7 years ago and it was so bad I haven't seriously looked. Behaviour that was seriously disruptive to my music and storytelling, until I finally realized it was subconsciously deliberate. Attempts to determine my clothing, my hairstyle, even my choice of perfume. Derailing of a successful diet regime. I just can't believe I was desperate enough to put up with it for 3 years. It's a bad pendulum, folks.

OTOH, incentive to clean up the unbelieveably messy house just for me doesn't seem to be there, no matter how much I tell myself I'm worth it ...
