"IMO" means "I'm monstrously obese." The people who use the acronym belong to a support group and they're required to say that many times a day. Bear with them.

It's easy to be rude on the internet. No one is going to glower at you or punch you for it. It's so easy to vent and hit that "submit message" button. Irresponsible but easy.
