2. Forum junkies. Many forums, few participants.

3. The predictable (to a great extent) cycles of forums.

4. The breakdown of "sourcing" for opinion formation. Only sources that reinforce already held ideas are visited and/or believed. Others that might skewer our sacred cows are part of the "Internet kook world".

5. Belief that the forum(s) that you frequent are a good insight into how the rest of the world thinks.
