It has been obvious for some time that the civil servants have no understanding of the activities they are trampling through or of the effect of this trampling.

They have not listened to us and our only hope is that our Lords and MPs can TELL these civil servants what to do, rather than these people telling us what we are going to get. It does not look too hopeful.............
