I 'm just getting in from the tavern this eve, thought I would shoot some shit with ya. I've been having a pretty good winter.No health problems. Happy about that! My voice is getting tattered every week-end lately. I've been helping a friend out with her karoke week-ends. I love it in a way because I am getting a lot of people out singing. and I get to play the Mudcat CD's when they don't sing. Ha! turning these old backwood country people on to music from around the planet and loving it!
Last week end I did it for my friend after the peace rally I went to, and closed the show with "White snow of Springtime" on the plum. It was a perfect end to my day!
Tonight I ended with "The Song" reprise, that I just love. It is so perfect to end each CD with. I'm still singing it in my head.
So other than that I'm just playing music in the morning, playing with clay and mudcat in the afternoon and having a fine winter and life.
So anyone want to just shoot some shit and talk what you been up to? It seems like we all got a lot of time on our hands hanging aroud here so often. Please can we stay away from politics and just BS?
