Ted...I agree w/Bill D. To lose the physical armature of cherished memories is always a tragedy. Altho I rarely play them any more if anything happened to my translucent neon turquoise old Fantasy label jazz records I'd really suffer. When threatened by fire a few years ago they went into the truck right after the dogs, paintings,and my Martin.

Rhino is good for replacement, Fantasy has rereleased a lot of stuff, so eventually you can get the music back...but oh, those album covers, with the great liner notes.... You have my sympathy.
