I remember one of my early folk-music experiences--my cousin David (three years older than I was, and a resident of Brooklyn, NY) took me to the auditorium in the New York Times Building of WQXR one Saturday morning, and we sat in the audience for his live radio folk music show. It was probably the first time I'd eveer been at a live radio show, and it was wonderful. Years later, Tom Glazer's son Peter was one my classmates at college, though we crossed paths only occasionally.
