I am a music director at a church...for our annual Good Friday service--the service that remembers the suffering and death of Christ--I like to draw on musical sources both "classical" and folk: bluegrass, urban folk, Irish/Celtic, etc. I try and stay clear of the "Contemporary Christian" marketing niche.

With your wealth of knowledge about folk repetoire, I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions?
