John, I might be interested in buying that guitar - if you deliver. I think you'd enjoy a trip here to California.
Of course, it's OK to sell music stuff here - you're among friends. If you want to sell it in the auction, or in a thread, either way is OK. I think I'd title the thread "Fender Guitar for Sale - Hull, UK".
