At any rate it brings out the truth that there are pretty well always a lot more music threads than non-music threads. It just happens that threads where there is a discussion going on or an argument naturally tend to get refreshed more often, so they crowded up to the top.

When a new music thread turns musical, or the other way round, will they get reclassified?

It'll be interesting to see how it affects the way the Mudcat develops.

I wouldn't like to see this progress further towards having separate forums for different types of thread, but I think that idea has been rejected.
