I do hope you get your back sorted PDQ. I had a back problem myself a few years ago and I found one particular exercise helped enormously. I therefore showed it to Fib's mum, ie Lily(?) if I recall her name right, in the middle of a session at Fiddler's.

I was hands and knees on the floor alternately stretching out my right arm along with my left leg and then left arm with my right leg! I looked a right prat but who cares if you find it helpful too! I did it for 10 minutes three times a day even for a few months after the pains that I had been getting had gone.

Anyway mend quickly, good singing and I hope to see you at Portastock next year!
