It does but this Government's majority in the Commons, means that they can and most probably will throw out all the Lord's amendments and pass the Bill as they wish.

The struggle for us is to demonstrate to our media and MPs, just how bad the Bill's words are and what it will mean for us, and the MP's political future, if the Bill is passed in this form.
