Alison - I found the song in the BMI Repertoire Database. It was written by Louis McManus, Anthony John David Newton and Jan Wositsky. Searching a bit further, I found all three of them as members of an Australian band called The Bushwackers. I had a look at some of their albums, but couldn't find Dick's Pig.
