By your reasoning, the rest of the world should be declaring war on US, if the isolated actions of our police (who are employed by municipal, state and federal mandate) are worthy of the same scrutiny you assign to Saddam's goon squad.

Come to think of it, why do WE get to tell other countries to disarm when WE have the biggest arsenal of nuclear and biological weapons and military firepower in the world?
