well, the first sign of Spring here in Wash. DC area is all the news stories about trying to predict when the cherry blossoms will bloom. They have to plan the festival months in advance, and it only coincides with actual blooms about 1 year in 6..*grin*...this year, the festival will be LONG over before we see any flowers.
