SRS, that is a bit like my jambalya recipe....

meat
vegetables
rice water
red pepper
salt
black pepper

sautee meat and vegetables

boil rice

put both rice and meat and veggies in a pot (i use a crock pot)

stir occasionally to keep bottom fro burning

put red pepper and other spices in gradually...spice to taste...

serves as many as you want...

i really like it the next several days as well...it gets hotter and hotter each day afterwards....
