As the piece is in the key of D, Smallpiper, it is almost certainly a B minor here as Guest Maurice says. In German lead sheets, the letter B usually stands for B-flat.
By the way. Does the tune have any connection with the Battle of Salamanca (July 1st 1812) at which an army led by the Irishman Wellesly won one of the major battles of the Peninsula Campaign during the Napoleonic Wars?
