I will have to admit to a prejudice toward cigar smokers. I think the expression, "selfish pleasure" may have a new meaning in the case of those who smoke those nasty things in the presence of anyone else. I can honestly say I have rarely known anyone who smoked cigars regularly who was not both ostentatious and obnoxious.
