You all can make all the fun you want, but this poor guy is is fir a chilly night down there in D.C. in the middle of the reflecting pool and well, okay, maybe the possum eatin' issue isn't one of my stronger ones, but if I can get this danged garden tractro fire up, strap a flag on it, I'll just take a poster board and a mijic marker and think of somethin' better on the way down. But now really. Think of it. You have three government buildings shut down, you have 50 FBI and CIA agents and a few hundred D.C. cops satndin' 'round the reflecting pool with this *very native * North Carolina tobaccie farmer camped out on his tractor 'cause he's mad at someone about some tobaccie thing that the rest of the world don't have a clue about. Meanwhile, with all these folks camped out watching him and trying to negotiate with him, it's costing the taxpayers about $1M a day. Okay, maybe not that much. But lots! Heck, I think I'll just call up Georgie Porge and tell him that I think the guy is Saddam in disquise and then Georgie Porge will just nuke D.C. and in doing so solve a lot of problems.
