My interest in "folk music" grew out of my interest in geneology. When I would go into schools to make presentations to kids, I found that historical songs made it more interesting for them. Anyone else doing this? If so, what do you use? Do you dress in historically accurate costumes? What grades or ages? I've found this a great way to teach cultural sensititivity too.
