I have seen "Garag Sale" and "Gong Out of Business" signs. Most of us have seen the often used trick of misspelling part of a sign like "Used Ferniture" or something like that. They often produce surprisingly good results in customer traffic because of those folks who can't resist going into the store and informing the proprietor of the "error". But I doubt that the parking sign was of this category.

My favorite sign is not misspelled but I like it just the same. It indicates a small country road named, "Pinch Her Slyly".
