I was on a small island in the Azores called San Miguel which is considered a Portuguese island. In the main town, in the middle of the square is a large statue of an imposing angel. At the base of the statue was the name of the angel "SANTMICHODEARCANGO" "SANT" "MICHO" "DE" "ARC" "ANGO". I'm not kidding. I thought it was great.

Beautiful island, great people. Very inexpensive to be there.
