I just copied the small print liner notes for Orchid and pasted them into an AppleWorks file, and all the formatting remained except the underlining and the italics (and, of course, the hyperlinks). The size remained just fine, and I can now put the vertical divisions where I want them (the height of a CD insert) and paginate that way, so that I can fold the liner notes after printing. I'll print them 2-sided, so they'll have a chance of fitting into the CD case.

I can export that file as MS Word for Windows if anyone would like it.
