Bill Sables has sent me a copy of the PDF file, which I've had no problems opening with Acrobat Reader v5.0.

The Calendar doesn't mention that the Lady for August is Essex Girl, and it is Irish Tune which she is depicting not a song. My picture for June depicts a song, a version of which is in the DT.
