"Dual Use" is one that we'll be hearing over the next few days as more and more sites are targeted to be bombed because of their ability to have a "dual use". So like if a meeting took place a year ago in a Bahgdad hotel, it could be considered for baombing under the "dual use" interpretation.

So, keep your ears on for this little excuse to bomb buildings where civilians will die...
