It obviously exists in some reasonable form, just not commercially. You can also search online TV listings worldwide to figure out if any station, anywhere, is playing it, and contact them or tape it.

As for the Alabaster Box, it probably has never been transfered to tape. You'd probably have to contact whoever caretakes the estate of the director or the old production company. Who knows.
