'Dubya' was obviously quoting conventional wisdom. This comment was made in the British parliament years ago, when George Thomas (at one time "Speaker of The House", and proudly Welsh) was present. The comment was made:
"The Welsh have no word for entrepreneur!"
George Thomas asked:
