Thanks, Peg for the second time today. Take a peak for what we have planned for China if they don't behave. Funny how that crew reveres the Reagan years. I remember them as the time education, mental health programs, etc. were tossed out the window and the streets of New York filled with homeless people many of them veteran's of Viet Nam whom nobody wanted to know.
