I've sent Nicole my contribution to the cookbook and a key ingredient in my recipe is Marmite. I thought this black gunky yeast extract was universal but she didn't know what it was. Can we have a quick world wide scan to see how far it spreads. (Awful pun - sorry). I do know its known as Vegemite down under.
