Just got mine, via Bill, and came back to this thread to cut 'n' paste the notes, after correcting typos and reduced to 8pt in 2 columns to go in sleeve.
Thanks a lot Guy (& Bill), I enjoyed it, though, personally I preferred Blues from the Back Porch
