...no one seems to have played an April Fool's joke on me today. But I'll never forget my mom's joke when I was in grade school. Forgive me if I've told this before.
My mom made me lunch and told me to stay at schoo. This was a rare treat because I lived a block from school and came home every day. I opened my lunch box, spread out my sandwich and cookies and milk. My sandwich was in a round hamburger bun. I took a big bite and Yuck! I spit it out. It was mayonnaise spread all over a piece of paper that said April Fool's!!!
