As one who has been a grandpa for not quite 10 years (and happily sleeping with a granny for the same length of time, spaw) all I can say is "congratulations and good luck."
We both agreed its no the kid's fault his parents showed no sense. We just love him, and his six siblings that followed.... (Got a picture of the oldest sleeping in grandpa's arms having been sung to sleep through every pipe tune I could remember, then bugle calls - through the entire camp duty (infantry) and much of the camp duty (cavalry) up to "sabres and spurs"... then he drifted off. He was 4 months at the time, and is nearly 10 years old now.)
