I did a Google.com search. A lot of pages came up for "Boola Boola" so I added Warragul to the search box.

The first site just shows a list of songs on the album called Graffiti Cafe, and a link to another album. The link called "About Us" didn't work to find out what this site is about.

If you e-mail the organisers they may know how to buy a copy of the album or contact the band.

HMV Australia's music shop site was closed for maintenance or something, but they are worth checking out to see if they have any copies in stock.
