Most of the appeal for me was the novelty. The premise is okay, but the content would probably be pretty predictable over time. However, my only other radio choice at the time was an equally predictable Top40 and CountryPlastique, and they are the kind of predictability that forces people to drive into concrete medians. It's all about safety, y'all.
