What the hell, it'll take a little time to figure out what the owners expect of you and what it's like day to day at this job. During that time you can figure out whether you're having any fun at the helm. If you're not having any fun, you can go back ashore with no harm done, or maybe it'll be a kick in the ass and you'll have a great time. In either case you'll KNOW..you won't sit around wondering whether you should've.

There's nothing wrong with the universe meeting your wishful thoughts with a break. Doesn't have to be either/or at this point.
