The name Boola Boola is the former name of the town Tyers in Gippsland (east Victoria).

I notice that the Gippsland Accoustic Music Club meets in the Tyers Hall and the contact given on the web site is 59 Moore St, Traralgon. 3844 Telephone (03) 5174 5680 or (03) 0351 221634. This is the same address as given in the reference I found at the Rodney Waterman website.
