Several years ago Spaw put me onto Elderly's (elderly.com) in order to find a Golden Gate (a serious thumb pick to be used only by professional drivers on a closed course). They seem to be able to get you anything, and are pretty good about customer service. I don't know about the UK, but Elderlys seems to be the court of last resort in the States.
