Brett -- The sidewalks should be clear. If not, I'll post otherwise tomorrow AM. There are no designated handicapped places right near the Press Room, but your handicapped card/sticker allows you to park in any spot without having to feed the meter. I'll also scout out the closest HC space this afternoon.
