Actually Jen Ellen, the boys are gettin' things mixed up a bit.

They mean "Hooters" Type guys. Not at all yer basic "Hootie" type. These are (surprisingly) NOT men who hang out at Clubs waitressed by young girls with immense plastic breasts, but actually, elderly men with pendulous breasts of their own.

For many years there was no place for these men to go and admire each other, until several of them bought a small building right next door to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown New York.

They've decorated it in red velvet, and all around the walls are pictures of various Hell's Angels members with pierced nipples. On any given night there might be fifteen to twenty "Hooters" guys there, prancing around in skimpy outfits...some even wearing fetching pasties

Heck, someday even Catspaw may be a "Hooters" type of guy!
