"Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech" seems fairly clearcut to me: it can never be a crime to say something.

It certainly covers the ownership of weapons useful in community defense, in a manner useful to the community; whether it includes weapons purely for personal use, such as handguns useless beyond fifty feet unless your target is a piece of paper is less clear to me.
