Oops! Forgot all about my cake recipe.

Rhubarb Coffee Cake
1/2 cup (4 oz) solid shortening
1 1/2 cups caster sugar (12 oz)
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (16 oz)
1 1/2 cup raw rhubarb, cut in chunks

1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon

Mix shortening and sugar with egg. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients except cinnamon sugar. Add rhubarb last. Pour in to a greased and floured 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with the cinammon sugar. Bake at 350 (F) 35-45 minutes.
