I love that one, too, Allan, as well as Coyote Oldham's others. Ditto on Nakai's.

My very favourite though is John Rainer, Jr. I've had his two tapes since the late 80's and never tire of them.

This site is jumbled but does have two of his audio files which you can click on and listen: John Rainer, Jr.

And, this one has his tapes listed for sale: John Rainer's tapes . They are WELL worth it.

Thought you might also be interested in thisNative American Music Sampler;

and, here's another of my faourites: Keith Bear samples at amazon.com.

If you do PalTalk, there are a number of Native American music rooms in there, some with live flute playing which are just wonderful.

Also, I would urge you to listen to AIROS-American Indian Radio on Satellite for more good music and artists.

This is one of my favourite types of music and I have a small flute which I am learning to play. I hoep this is helpful and look forward to hearing how it goes.

Thanks,

kat
