Only you can know what will work best. Reading and singing the songs while hearing the recording might work. Sometimes I am helped by memorizing the lyrics, themselves without the music. The main thing, I believe is to repeat, repeat, repeat! -- I think it might be good to work on only one song at a time until you know it well. Then move on to the next one.
