So, if I'd been advising Saddam (and I swear I wasn't!) how to best hide his WMDs, I'd have urged him to dismantle the hardware, spray water all over it or even better oxidizing agents, and half bury it in some corner of an existing weapons dump. That way it might look like it had been abandoned for more than 10 years.

Alternatively, I would have smuggled them out to the Indian Ocean and dumped them there, hoping that the ship managed to elude the vigilent U.S. fleet.
