JobDetails: Taiwan-based educational publisher is seeking Canadian and British freelance writers to research and develop guidebooks for Asian students attending school or university in these countries. The focus of the guidebook is to familiarize the student with both the education system and culture of their destination country, and to provide practical advice regarding course enrolment, legal requirements, and settling into a new environment. Due to the country-specific content required for these guidebooks, writers must be current or former residents of either Canada or Britain. An understanding of the needs of and difficulties faced by Asian students studying in a western culture is also important. The length of each guidebook is to be approximately 30,000 words, and writers will be paid on a per-word basis. For further information, please contact daily-update@daily-update.com Region: Anywhere
